City's Mobile Office heading to Langa next week

Next week Thursday, the City of Cape Town’s Mobile Office will be visiting the Zone 25 Community Hall in Langa to provide a range of municipal services. Residents are encouraged to make use of this opportunity to access assistance and information directly from City officials.
The details are as follows:
Thursday, 20 November 2025, from 09:30 to 13:30 at the Zone 25 Community Hall, Winnie Mandela Drive, Langa
The City’s Customer Relations Department’s mobile team will assist residents with logging queries and service requests electronically. Customers can engage with the City in a wide range of non-emergency enquiries such as rates, sewerage, electricity, water, refuse collections, and all other account enquiries.
‘As we wrap up our Mobile Office visits for 2025, we are bringing the City’s services closer to the residents of Langa for their convenience. These visits provide a valuable opportunity for community members to raise and discuss any municipal matters they wish to address. Residents who intend to make use of the services on offer are reminded to bring their identity documents or municipal accounts to help facilitate a smooth and efficient process,’ said the City’s Mayoral Committee Member for Corporate Services, Alderman Theresa Uys.
